Coverage Bot – Description
Coverage Bot is a press & media monitoring tool – purpose-built for the games industry. It tracks game titles across the Web, YouTube and Twitch, and notifies the developer/publisher in Discord/Slack when new articles and videos are published, and when streamers go live.
Coverage Bot's advanced monitoring extends to Twitch livestreams, allowing community and brand managers to react in real-time to their content creator and streamer audiences, build connections with influencers, and to never (ever) miss their game's popular livestream events due to lack of social tags. All coverage and stream data is plugged into a single unified dashboard, removing the pain of reporting, and empowering community and social media teams to share wins, and prolong all campaign reach metrics.
IMPRESS – Description
IMPRESS is a new toolkit to help the independent games industry with all things in games promotion. With an ambitious roadmap ahead – expanding the utility of the existing Coverage Bot, and offering new tools, data, workflows and guidebook essentials – it aims to provide everything needed to grow a successful games business.

Founder Quote
Founder, Ashley Gwinnell says: “As a video game publisher, engaging with your content-creator community is super important, and has a dramatic impact on the likelihood of success, however it is woefully under-supported. It's hard to keep tabs on, it takes a lot of time and it doesn't scale very well. Coverage Bot fixes this with automated monitoring, customisable alert notifications, and streamlined reporting and workflows.”
“My journey as an indie developer led me to creating bespoke internal tools for my team when self-publishing Friendship Club back in 2015. I'm so proud to finally announce today the opening up of that toolset, so that other indies and small publishers/agencies can benefit. Our 20 pre-launch customers already really love the product – see the testimonials – and I can't wait to see that applied across a wider industry network.”
“IMPRESS's mission is to create and facilitate healthier, more self-sustaining independent games businesses, and to see games publishing democratised. Without publisher-funding or Silicon Valley venture capital, this is highly ambitious – but 10 years of indie dev teaches many lessons! We're 100% indie – the Switzerland of games marketing tech – and ready to serve the industry we've been part of for a decade. Let's go!”
Product Testimonials
“Coverage Bot is super useful, especially during your launch window. We used it on [BAFTA-nominated] Fights In Tight Spaces... and look how well that turned out!” – James Parker, Founder of Ground Shatter
“A great way to track who's streaming The Colonists, and the Discord bot makes it super easy to share things with my community. It's really great!” – Rich Wallis, Founder of Codebyfire.
“I made extensive use of Coverage Bot during the launch of WARBORN, it made keeping track of press and streamer coverage much more manageable. The tool even found things I would have otherwise completely missed. Highly recommended!” – Josh Regan, Founder of Raredrop Games.
“Coverage Bot has been a great addition for our community. At Snap Finger Click we create multiplayer party games with a dedicated Twitch mode which lets streamers play directly with their viewers, so having a bot reporting in Discord when people are playing our games is absolutely perfect. We couldn't do without it now.” – Martijn van der Meulen, Co-founder of Snap Finger Click.
