7/x/2022 [Press Release] — Dragons Wandering Tavern is a cozy indie management RPG inspired by Studio Ghibli films and Czech folklore being developed by czech developers, Wekthor. The kickstarter campaign to fund the game is going up on July 7th, 2022, and will last one month with a goal of $70,000.

 

In Dragon’s Wandering Tavern, you’ll be playing as a dragon merchant named Dangoru, as you befriend quirky creatures that will join you in your portable magical tavern. Cook delicious meals with the help of a talking cauldron, craft magical trinkets and explore the mysterious, everchanging Elderlight Forest to find out what secrets are hiding within. The gameplay is inspired by relaxing games without combat such as Animal Crossing and others, but with more focus on deep story and atmosphere.

 

Wekthor is a small indie studio based in Prague, Czech Republic, though their team is international and consists of people from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds. While their developers have years of experience, this is their first release, and one of the main goals for this Kickstarter campaign is to help expand their team with more talented artists and developers.
