VNU Exhibitions Europe has announced the launch of the Technology Retailer Show (TRS), which takes place from the 12 - 13 April 2005 at the NEC, Birmingham. The event is an amalgamation of the Computer Retail Show, Entertainment Retail Show and Mobilexpo, which have now been re-launched for 2005.

Running alongside the established Computer Trade Show (CTS), the event is aimed at independent computer retailers, independent consumer electronics stores, e-tailers, as well as buyers from mass merchandisers, superstores and large retail chains.

"The Technology Retailer Show offers visitors a great platform to meet the whole of the UK's PC and games, mobile and consumer electronic retailer channel over two days" comments Liz Wood, Portfolio Director for TRS. "No other show allows visitors to compare, contrast and evaluate so many products and services at one time - fulfilling all of their needs in one visit."

In addition to the Computer Trade Show, TRS will run alongside Comms Channel Expo, incorporating The Convergence Summit, and launch event Office Technology Expo.
