LOS ANGELES (Aug. 14, 2024) - Publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment (Monster Train) and developers LEAP Game Studios and Tiny Ghoul today revealed the launch date for the first paid DLC of Dicefolk, the tactical roguelike praised for its inventive blend of dice-based combat with monster-catching mechanics. The new content, dubbed Will Chimeras Pack, will be available for purchase Aug. 19 for $4.99 on PC via Steam as a sizable free update also reaches Dicefolk on the same day. Both the Will Chimeras Pack and free update will also reach the Nintendo Switch version of Dicefolk this fall.

 
The Will Chimeras Pack boasts 21 all-new, spellcasting chimeras, the magical beasts at the heart of Dicefolk’s innovative combat. Alongside these powerful new allies, discover the Will Talisman, an ancient relic infused with the essence of forgotten sorcery that’s capable of taming the elusive, mana-wielding chimeras debuting in Will Chimeras Pack. These chimeras’ mana abilities add an entirely new layer to combat, shaking up the existing meta of Dicefolk’s satisfying reimagining of turn-based monster battling.
