Montreal, September 19, 2024 – Today marks the official launch of Psycho Fear, a heart-pounding escape room experience developed by Dark Panda and Equinox Games. This escape room-style game, available in solo or online co-op mode for 2 to 3 players, throws players into a dark, nerve-wracking environment where they must solve challenging puzzles, overcome deadly obstacles, and fight relentless enemies to escape.
Gameplay Features:
Escape Room Dynamics: Step into the shoes of a character, either solo or in co-op, trapped in a series of lethal puzzles and challenges. Navigate through meticulously crafted traps that demand not just your wits but your ability to think outside the box.
Problem Solving: Each trap and puzzles are intricately designed to test your skills and intelligence, featuring life-threatening obstacles that require creative thinking to overcome.
Immersive Horror: The game’s environments are designed to be as unsettling as they are immersive, creating a tense, dark atmosphere that keeps you constantly on edge.
With an average playtime of 2 to 3 hours, Psycho Fear will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. In Psycho Fear, death can occur at any moment. If you quit the game, you will lose your progress as there are no save points. However, in solo mode, you can redeem yourself using karma points, allowing you to come back to life and continue your journey. In co-op mode, there is no redemption system, but players can revive each other using Serum Y syringes.
