FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Dallas, Texas) December 6, 2004 - Just in time for the holidays, Dallas-based game creator Blockdot helps spread holiday cheer with the fourth installment of their annual Oliver the Elf game series. Adventure Elf features the return of Oliver the Elf, the head foreman the Kringle Toy Factory, and his nemesis Frank the Penguin.

The game takes place in the town of Kringleville, a cheerful little place where the elves make toys. Frank and his gang of penguins have raided Santa's sleigh mistaking the shiny, colorful wrapped toys for big cans of tuna (what bird-brains). It's up to Oliver to find all the missing gifts and return them back to the toy factory so that Santa can make his holiday deliveries.

"We wanted to create a game that's exciting and easy to jump into," says game creator Dan Ferguson. "Most of the people who play our games do it during their lunch breaks. They're looking for a spirited pick me up and hunting down a band of troublemaking penguins is a great way to get in the holiday mood."

Oliver's adventure takes him to dizzying heights above the city on floating staircases and over treacherous ice bridges to find jewels and chocolate chip cookies. Find the hidden magic pickles and Oliver the Elf gains super human strength with the ability to survive leaps from the tallest buildings.

Adventure the Elf continues Blockdot's tradition of releasing games which provide a great stress relief for the hectic holiday season.

"Our holiday games are extremely popular. Our Oliver the Elf games have been played over 80 million times to date," says Dan.

The free Adventure Elf game can be found at Blockdot's game site www.kewlbox.com.
