Los Angeles, Calif. - September 26, 2024 - Publisher and developer Rocket Panda Games is excited to announce that pre-orders for Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate (PBBGU) are now open in Europe and Japan, starting September 26, 2024.
Game publisher Kadokawa Game Linkage will be spearheading the physical editions in Japan while PQube will be the partner for the Europe region.

Rocket Panda Games will also be showcasing the PBBGU demo for the first time in Japan! In partnership with Kadokawa Game Linkage at Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2024, Rocket Panda Games will be at Hall 5 Booth 05-N04.
An updated demo with 12 playable characters along with the reveal of a new Japanese version of the trailer will be showcased.

Revamped Gameplay: Gameplay has been rebuilt from scratch in Unreal Engine 5, giving smoother gameplay and flashier special attacks.
Online Co-op and Versus Modes: Team up with friends in local co-op or challenge up to 8 fighters from around the world cross-platform.
Play as the Enemy: Take on the role of powerful adversaries from the Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds universe, each with their own distinct combat style and abilities in Arcade Mode.
Original Soundtrack Remastered: Players can choose an all-new soundtrack composed by all-girl J-rock band the Phantom Breakers or the classic versions from PBBG or PBBG Overdrive.

About the Phantom Breaker Franchise The Phantom Breaker series started out as a 2D fighting game in 2011, developed by 5pb / MAGES, and the beat-'em-up spin-off “Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds” was published in 2013 by 5pb / MAGES.
