Rebots Free to Try for 72 Hours Before Launch

October 4, 2024  - Los Angeles, CA - Astra Logical is excited to announce that Rebots, FlatPonies’ first-person automation title, will be available for free for 72 hours prior to launch on PC via Steam on October 7, 2024 starting 4 am PT/1 pm CET.

For players to access the game, they can go to the Rebots demo page to play the entire game for free for this weekend only. When the game launches on October 7th, the demo will no longer be live, but players who’ve enjoyed the game can pay to unlock the full version.

Rebots is a first-person automation game with an expansive universe to explore. Using intelligent(ish) rebots, you can gather resources, terraform planets, and scan all of the things. Traverse the galaxy in the name of space capitalism!

FlatPonies’ and Astra’s goal with Rebots has been to create a game for all ages that teaches the player about programming and artificial intelligence and how to use those skills to satisfy aliens in outer space by managing the ecosystem and climate on each asteroid.

FlatPonies and Astra also want to applaud Orbital Potato for winning the exclusive pre-launch contest for creators! They will be getting to permanently name an in-game alien and will also receive some very marvelous and exclusive swag items to highlight their prowess as a lead Reboteer.
