A New Legacy Theme, Emote, Grande Ganadors, Transmutation Recipes, and More!

Vancouver -- April 29th, 2022 -- In its 4 years under Papaya Play’s stewardship, Uncharted Waters Online (UWO) has continued to adapt and improve, always with its global audience in mind. April 27th marks the release of the newest chapter of UWO’s Seven Wonders - “Chapter 2.75 - Wisdom of Stars and Astronomical Devices”. This update builds on the mechanics and adventures introduced in Seven Wonders, including new challenges for maritime enthusiasts, new adventures, and a special Emote!
UWO is a historical sailing MMO set in the exciting Age of Discovery of the mid-17th Century, when unknown corners of the globe remained to be explored. As Captain of your own ship, you are free to make your mark on the world and propel yourself to fame and fortune. Earn a living through trading, exploring, racing, or battling pirates (or through turning to piracy yourself). The latest refinements and additions to these diverse options will be revealed below.
Expanding on the Legacies of Seven Wonders, Chapter 2.75 features a new Legacy Theme for Captains to reveal. These Themes involve untangling a trail of historical clues, with the aid of the mysterious Book of Wisdom and other helpful acquaintances found along the way. The ultimate goal is to reveal the pinnacles of Human Heritage.
Also in this Chapter, the most battle-hardened Captains will again be tasked with defending the Command Center from new terrifying Grande Ganadors. Other improvements include new Sophia Awakening Transmutation Recipes, a new Emote, and special HUD upgrades, accessible with the use of the appropriate Sailor Equipment.
New Legacy Theme
Look to the night sky and decode the Wisdom of Stars. The newest Legacy Theme will require an extensive hunt for knowledge of Astronomical Devices, and the celestial objects they were designed to detect. Recruit an old friend to join you and assist in your quest.
Grande Ganadors Continue to Advance
The entrance of Grande Ganadors heralded the most challenging maritime experience to date. Now even more of these formidable opponents have arrived, with never-before-seen abilities and equipment. Confront and overcome them, and take their power for your own.
Jump for Joy and New Material Transmutation
Jump is the first Emote that can be used even while moving (after the appropriate shortcut is set). Jump to get the attention of your fellow Captains, or just for pure joy! Also introduced are the new Sophia Awakening Transmutation Recipes, the result of which can add a Golden finish to your favorite Vessel.
