February 7, 2021 — Sky Mavis, the creator of category-defining NFT title, Axie Infinity, has welcomed Philip La as the new Game Product Lead. With over 10 years of experience in growth and product management, Philip has successfully helped mission-driven companies like Niantic, Facebook, and Rakuten Kobo increase their global impact. Prior to joining Sky Mavis, Phil was a former Product Manager for Pokémon GO, where he managed the Live Operations of the game, new feature development, and content production. With experience working on a paradigm-changing game, Phil will oversee product management for Origin and Land, as well as managing the overall Axie Infinity economy and game roadmap.
