Slitherine celebrates the franchise with exciting new updates to Battlesector and Gladius

Free content update, a new DLC and explosive discounts await in the digital event, which will take place from 23rd-30th May. The annual celebration of Warhammer videogames has returned once more and Slitherine is joining in on the festivities by releasing three new free units for Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector and a new DLC for Warhammer 40,00 Gladius.
During the event, there will also be discounts for both titles (on PC and consoles), and for a limited period, players will be able to add Gladius to their libraries for free on Steam and the Epic Games Store. 
 
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector
Three new units are arriving in Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector as part of a major free update on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. These are the Royal Warden (Necrons), Biovore (Tyranids) and Pyrovore (Tyranids). The Battlesector franchise will also be receiving a discount of up to 50% during the event for a limited time from 23rd - 30th May.

Alongside these new units, Slitherine also revealed that the Astra Militarum will be the next faction to join Battlesector within an all-new DLC expansion. Known as the Imperium’s primary military force in the 41st Millennium, this soon-to-arrive faction conquers its enemies by overwhelming them with its endless numbers. More information on this upcoming DLC will be released in the near future.
 
Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War


To celebrate the event, Slitherine and Proxy Studios are releasing a Demolition Pack for Gladius, which includes new units for all of the factions released so far. You can find the full list of factions included within the Demolition Pack below:

 

During the Warhammer Skulls event, the Gladius franchise will be discounted by up to 90%. Available only on PC, the game will also be free to keep for a limited period on Steam and Epic Games Store, from 23rd-30th May.
