Steam’s Most Popular Lo-Fi Game Gets Massive Free Update Bursting With Content

Mooncube Games has released their latest - and by far, biggest - update to their 2024 title Spirit City: Lo-Fi Sessions. Already a bestseller in its genre, this indie idle-game championing productivity and relaxation has just received a massive injection of new content and features. This update is entirely included with the base game at no extra cost, so recent purchasers and long-time players alike will get to enjoy a treasure trove of new cosmetics, expanded sound libraries, and quality-of-life upgrades to give them more customization options than ever before. Over 500 Extra Decor Options - Personalizing your cozy space has never been easier, with hundreds of items and themes added to the game's cosmetics catalog. New categories of decor allow players to customize areas of the loft that they weren't able to previously such as the ceiling, side tables, wall art, and even the scenery outside the window! Preview Items Before Purchase - This hotly requested feature is making its way to the game at last! More avatar and Spirit activities - Players now have several more options to choose from when picking the right avatar activity to suit their mood. Queue up one of two brand-new activities added in the latest update - gaming and meditating - or check out the expanded options for doing existing activities in more areas of the room. Some companions will even join in on certain activities now, so make sure to try out all sorts of activity, location & spirit combinations to see what you might discover!

New Playlist & Soundscapes - After setting the right visual ambience for your session, pair it with the perfect audio to go alongside it. Explore 4 new soundscape toggles available to help you focus and relax - cat purring, distant cityscape, whispering creek, and ocean serenade. Productivity tool improvements - The game’s interfaces have received some important quality-of-life changes to help facilitate players in their sessions: productivity tool widgets have been made resizable and moveable, allowing you to choose your ideal workspace layout; and some welcome new features have also been implemented for the to-do list widget - players can now have up to five lists at a time instead of just one, and can also now add due dates to list items. These changes should help players to keep a better eye on those pesky deadlines and not let any important tasks fall through the cracks!
