[Wiesbaden, Germany - October 7th, 2024] – Prepare for a night of terror when first-person horror adventure Massacre at the Mirage launches for PC via Steam on October 28, 2024. Spend the evening at the Mirage movie theater while attempting to outwit and survive a masked killer. Ahead of the game’s release this Halloween, developer Tainted Pact will launch a new demo for Massacre at the Mirage during Steam Next Fest beginning October 14th, offering a gruesome taste of what’s to come. In addition, Manny’s Murderous Movie Theatre is available now as a free standalone prologue for Massacre at the Mirage, allowing players to run the movie theater concession stand. The town of Crimson Ridge’s finest cinema invites you to the most terrifying movie experience of your life in Massacre at the Mirage. As cinema patrons and staff grapple with the horror unfolding around them, it’s up to you to manage the cinema, interact with a diverse cast of characters, and survive the deranged killer’s relentless pursuit.
Alongside the release date reveal, a standalone snackbar sim mode called Manny’s Murderous Movie Theatre is available as a free prologue for Massacre at the Mirage, allowing players to run the theater’s concession stand. Serve moviegoers to keep them satisfied, upgrade your shop for the ever-growing crowds, harvest pockets (and possibly organs) to meet quotas, and customize your experience with spooky collectibles!

Massacre at the Mirage will launch for PC via Steam on October 28th, 2024. A new demo will be playable during Steam Next Fest, starting October 14th, providing a tantalizing glimpse into the chilling adventure that awaits.
