The game landed on Kickstarter in March, and just 30 days later, it exceeded its financial goal, gathering over twice its goal of $100k. The total gathered is just over $200k, stretching its goals and unlocking further game modes, story lines, and combat systems. The support gathered across multiple tiers was enormous, with all tiers selling out.

The Crust is a factory-building-style game that offers a captivating combination of strategic decision-making, exploration, and automation as players face the challenges of space colonization. Players must arrange scientific expeditions to uncover lunar secrets, trade with factions on Earth, and manage a diverse team of experts. Elaborate automation and conveyor systems are key features of the gameplay that are responsible for most of the production and extraction that players will be able to utilize  to expand and build their settlement. Each decision impacts the fate of the colony and the future of Earth. The game's rich narrative, filled with moral dilemmas and convoluted plot twists, provides a compelling and emotionally engaging experience. Players are urged to make significant decisions that will ripple across the cosmos, shaping humanity's future in space.

Key Features:
