Thief Simulator 2 will hit Xbox Series X|S on August 14

Thief Simulator 2, a new installment of the best-selling game that combines stealth, simulator and adventure, will hit Xbox Series X|S consoles on August 14 this year. Previously, this simulator set in a mafia-thief world was well received by players on PC and PlayStation 5. A version for Nintendo Switch is also planned.

Developed by Polish companies CookieDev and Ultimate Games S.A. Thief Simulator 2 is a new part of one of the most popular simulators of the last few years. To date, games in the Thief Simulator series have sold several million units combined on consoles and PC.
 

The second part was received by players even better than the first installment. Currently, on the Steam platform, the percentage of positive reviews reaches as high as 90 percent (out of more than 3.7 thousand reviews).
 

Thief Simulator 2 combines elements of simulator, stealth and adventure. Set in a mafia-thief world, this first-person perspective (FPP) game offers two game modes (story and free mode). In Thief Simulator 2, players will find, among other things, improved and familiar mechanics and elements from the first part, in addition to a variety of new features. As the developers emphasize, the second installment puts more emphasis on realism and provides a total of about 20 hours of fun.
 

In Thief Simulator 2, the player engages in a whole range of thieving activities, including, among other things, planning, observing, acting, and then covering his tracks and selling the captured loot. Importantly, it's up to the player to decide how to carry out a given job.
 

The simulator offers two extensive locations with numerous homes, as well as special places (including a bank storing gold and a resort). Players can also count on a set of useful tools, which includes not only crowbars or binoculars, but also observation drones and hacking tools.
