Description

<V.E.D.A> is a “Soulslite” game that blends combat mechanics inspired by the Soulslike genre with Roguelite progression elements.

While the core combat offers a high level of challenge, we've incorporated Roguelite progression features to ensure accessibility for players with varying skill levels. This game caters not only to seasoned Soulslike enthusiasts but also to those curious about the genre but hesitant due to its difficulty.

Embark on a journey where the protagonist, accessing a training program crafted by the advanced AI V.E.D.A, must conquer formidable monsters and obstacles to recover lost memories.

What secrets lie hidden within the protagonist's memories?

If you're looking to explore the Soulslike action genre, take on the challenge!

Game Overview

V.E.D.A is a Soulslike training game designed to let players master the distinctive combat mechanics of the Soulslike genre. By incorporating Roguelite-style progression elements to reduce the stress associated with defeat, this game offers enjoyment for both seasoned Soulslike fans and newcomers to the genre alike. Dive into combat fearlessly, uncover the secrets hidden behind lost memories, and survive in the challenging training simulator.

Gameplay

Hefty and Tense Soulslike Combat

ㆍFaithful to the Basics of Soulslike Combat
You can engage in combat through attacking and dodging, and by parrying and executing fatal attacks, you can easily overwhelm enemies. With a variety of weapons and armor to choose from, you can experience diverse battles with your own strategies.
ㆍAwakening Skill, Overclock
You can fill the Overclock gauge to initiate the awakening skill against enemies. The Overclock gauge can be obtained depending on various options included in items, so choose the timing of use carefully during combat and unleash powerful attacks.
ㆍSpectacular and Diverse Boss Fights
Prepare for battles against bosses with the controls you've learned through training and the weapons and equipment you've acquired. They won't be easy. Clear the bosses to feel a great sense of accomplishment and unlock new chapters.
Roguelite System
ㆍRigorous Training to Become the Ultimate Combat Agent
V.E.D.A kindly guides you to become the best agent you can be. However, to become the best agent, you’ll need rigorous training. The training will only end once you clear all chapters without dying. Find ‘modules’ to unlock new equipment and enhancement elements, and strategically overcome constantly changing training situations.
ㆍProcedurally Generated Environment and Maps

The training program tests your ability to make quick and accurate decisions in various situations through procedurally generated maps, new enemies, hidden spaces, and various traps. While specific maps have fixed monster and item locations, the arrangement and combination of blocks are different in every gameplay, offering a fresh challenge every time. This program is designed to ultimately lead you to become the best agent.

Weapons and Gear

ㆍVarious Weapon Acquisition and Diverse Combat Combinations

Weapons and shields are acquired randomly, each with unique stats. Additionally, combining them with different gear offers a variety of combat experiences, allowing players to enjoy diverse fighting styles. Weapons, shields, and gear obtained during gameplay can be equipped immediately, giving players the enjoyable challenge of making strategic choices.

The Player Who Can’t Level Up

As a concept opposite to "Solo Leveling," this webtoon has become extremely popular among webtoon readers who enjoyed "Solo Leveling." It's the first webtoon IP being primarily developed for PC and console platforms.

"The Player Who Can't Level Up" follows Kim Gikyu, who awakened as a player with special abilities at the age of 18. The story revolves around his battles with monsters threatening the world. Although chosen to save the world, the protagonist has a unique twist—he can't level up. This intriguing premise, combined with thrilling action and well-crafted episodes, has made the work immensely popular.

Unlike other games based on webtoon IPs, this one is being developed specifically for console platforms, allowing players to directly experience the stunning actions of the original protagonist, Kim Gi-kyu. Meet the dual-sword-wielding player character, Kim Gi-kyu, and enjoy the thrill of controlling El and Lou in combat.
