LONDON, March 17, 2022 - Leading mobile game developer and publisher Tripledot Studios has acquired the innovative game company, Live Play Mobile, which combines live TV formats with mobile games. The acquisition comes on the heels of Tripledot’s recent $116M Series B financing, with a valuation of more than $1.4 billion, raised for M&A.

 

California-based Live Play Mobile is best known for its inventive 24-hour-a-day, live-hosted mobile entertainment app, Live Play Bingo With more than 30 game show hosts broadcasting live, non-stop from its studios in Hollywood and London, Live Play Bingo has been on air since its launch in 2020.
