Germany, Paderborn, May 31, 2022 | Today, Publisher Aerosoft and developer Simula Games will release the biggest update for Truck & Logistics Simulator so far. The game is currently in Early Access on Steam and regularly expanded and optimized. Today’s update is the biggest one yet: Besides an additional region, the game will get more than 20 additional vehicles, missions, convoy escort missions in multiplayer mode and much more!
About the game: In Truck & Logistics Simulator, players turn their attention to all activities that occur in the logistics industry. Using a forklift, a loader or a crane, they load vehicles and deliver cargo, including heavy vehicles, to their customers. The career mode guides them through challenging missions and reveals a versatile economic system with an extensive fleet of vehicles.
About the update: With the mega update, developer Simula Games adds a lot of new content to the Early Access version of the title! The Truck & Logistics Simulator map will be expanded by a new 8 square kilometer region with mountain roads and impressive routes, making it twice as big as before. Players will discover many new details, such as ships on the waterways. More than 20 new vehicles are also available - ranging from minivans to skidsteer loaders, a modern truck, a rigid truck from MAN to a sports coupé or an SUV. 6x4 versions of the already available trucks from MAN and Scania are also part of the update, as well as some trailers and cargoes.
New missions also enrich everyday life in the logistics industry. Alongside caravan transport, players can expect missions with car transporters in which they can load the vehicles themselves, or a skidsteer which can be used to load rubble. In multiplayer mode, the mega update is all about heavy vehicle convoys, which can now be executed in cooperation with other players. For this, special equipment for vans, pickups and cars must first be obtained in order to master the challenging mission.
Have you already seen interesting vehicles, but haven't yet put enough money aside for them? No problem: With the added test drive mode, all vehicles in the game can be checked out in detail without the need to buy them right away. With this feature, players thus have all missions open to try out, for which perhaps one or the other required vehicle was missing until now.
With this mega update, the development team has also made some improvements to the graphics, vehicle sounds and collision physics.
