VINDICTUS CUTS DEEP WITH NEW HERO, SANYAA

Aug. 13, 2024 – Action-packed MMORPG Vindictus’ lineup of fierce competitors just got bigger with the hack n’ slash game’s newest hero, Sanyaa – a formidable fighter wielding sharp weaponry to take down opponents in her wake. In addition to Sanyaa’s arrival into the world of Vindictus, Nexon invites players to experience tons of new exciting features such as a special level-up event, Summer Celebration buffs and more in this “Deadly Daggers that Cut to the Chase” update.
 
With Sanyaa comes another powerful hero in NEXON America’s fast-paced RPG, Vindictus. For more than 14 years, players around the globe have been drawn into Vindictus’ vast world boasting wild, Celtic mythology-inspired landscapes where they embark on epic adventures filled with real-time combat and fearsome monsters. The hack n’ slash game offers breathtaking visuals, distinctive characters and a diverse array of customizable gear, empowering players to carve out their own path to becoming a legendary hero.

Honorable Hero, Sanyaa
As Vindictus’ newest hero, Sanyaa, whose Deadly Daggers Cut to the Chase, wields Dual Knives to dodge and deliver swift counterattacks. Her main skills include “Thief’s Mark” to track down her targeted victims, “Vanishing Dance” to evade for a set duration, “Shadow Dance” to suppress enemies with a continuous attack and “Egret Step” to instantly dodge attacks.
 
Level-Up Event
With this update, Nexon is hosting a special event until Tuesday, Sept. 10 where all new and existing characters at level 30 or below will get a “Level Up Secret Request Box” and receive various items to assist in raising characters’ levels. When leveling up Sanyaa specifically, players will receive additional rewards at various stages, such as the “AP Capsule,” “TP Potion,” “Premium Armor Fusion Rune,” and “Title: The First Sanyaa.”

Redeemers Challenge Support, Hero Pass and Buffs
Heroes can go for the gold in Ein Lacher battles, as the gold medal requirement is eased from taking “less than three hits” to now “less than four hits.” Also, the Rookie Redeemer buff duration is increased from “less than five clears” to “less than 10 clears,” and additional buffs will help players reach 100% Battle Points. Adding to that, the “Hero Pass” is open until Tuesday, Sept. 24, which provides the “Airtight Clone Outfit Crafting Box,” “Abyssal Shard Grade 3,” “Mysterious Shard Grade 3,” and more across various missions depending on the leveling achieved.
 
Weekend and Holiday Bonuses
Players can get an extra boost for EXP, AP and Expertise during weekends and holidays, and gain one additional “Evil Core” item, dropped when defeating a boss, until Tuesday, Oct. 15. Depending on the type of battle, competition also grants a “Summer PLUS Golden Time Coupon,” which can be exchanged for various items and “Bonus Coins” at the event shop.
 
Exclusive North American and European Servers Event
Those playing Vindictus in North America and Europe may have already been treated to a special box in celebration of Sanyaa’s release. This reward is granted to those who logged in from Tuesday, Aug. 6 and allows players to select one Mini Wedding Dress or Sunflower event outfit upon ranking Sanyaa up to level 10.
