Vivarium will be hosting a Beta test on PICO 4 before its PICO 4 Ultra Launch

(August 28, 2024) - The upcoming PICO 4 Ultra game, “Vivarium”, has announced its PICO 4 Beta for those wanting to test the game before its official Launch with the new device. “Vivarium”, developed by StudioX in South Korea, is a new simulation game where you can create unique ecosystems, raise virtual pets and grow plants in the most aesthetic ways. A game designed to immerse and connect with nature from your room in virtual or mixed reality. Its PICO 4 Beta has been confirmed for September 19th and it will be open for about 2 weeks.

This unique game is now also available to wishlist on the PICO store, and it promises to be a great new experience for virtual reality gamers.
Those interested in joining the Beta test can register now on Vivarium’s website.
The Beta will include most of the main features of the game with 3 realistic pet species, 13 mosses, 28 plants, and many more elements to make unique and creative ecosystems.
Key Game Features include:
Design and create your different ecosystems: Select a glass tank and combine soil, rocks, wood, and mosses to create a nice environment for your pets and plants. Add decoration items to give your vivarium its own story.
Look after your plants and pets: Take good care of your vivarium by watering your plants and feeding your pets. You will also need to manage other elements to maintain your vivarium in good condition. Make sure to interact with your pets and show them some love.
Display and share your creations: Set your created vivariums in your virtual lobby gallery or in your room in mixed reality to appreciate their beauty. Share them with others to exchange ideas for future designs.
Immerse in nature: Expand your vivarium in your room in mixed reality to feel like you are inside of it. Observe your pets and plants from up close.
Challenge yourself: Earn extra rewards by challenging yourself in our mission mode.
Collect all plants and animals: Obtain all the different plants and animals and learn more about them to unlock some additional rewards.
Virtual and Mixed Reality have never been linked to nature so closely, and the game is working on bringing many interesting social features additionally to their new game content.
