XSEED Games Conjures Launch Date for Potionomics: Masterwork Edition , Launching Oct. 22 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S; PC Version to Receive Free Update Simultaneously

TORRANCE, Calif. – Sept. 11, 2024 – XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., today announced an Oct. 22 launch date for Potionomics: Masterwork Edition, an expanded port of Voracious Games’ genre-spanning magical shop sim, on the Nintendo Switch™ system, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The title is currently available for digital pre-purchase on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch and the Xbox Series X|S for $29.99, and will be available for purchase on PlayStation®5 digitally at launch. The publisher also confirmed that the new content and features announced to date will be released for the PC version simultaneously on Oct. 22 for free.
 
The physical Limited Box Set for Potionomics: Masterwork Edition is also still available for pre-order for all console platforms through the Marvelous USA Online Store and participating retailers for an MSRP of $49.99. The Limited Box Set is overflowing with goodies: a copy of Potionomics: Masterwork Edition, a physical version of the original 120+ page digital artbook giving an insider’s look at Rafta and its residents, a two-disc soundtrack featuring all 58 tracks from the original digital soundtrack plus several never-before-released songs, and a set of 12 trading cards showcasing brand-new character illustrations.

Developed by Voracious Games and published by XSEED Games, Potionomics was released on Windows PC via Steam, on Oct. 17, 2022. The free patch adding the as-yet revealed new features to the PC version will be released on Oct. 22, 2024. Potionomics: Masterwork Edition is in development for the PS5™, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch™ system and will release on Oct. 22, 2024. The Potionomics: Masterwork Edition Limited Box Set physical release, which includes a copy of the game, physical artbook, two-disc soundtrack, and more is available for pre-order through the Marvelous USA Online Store for an MSRP of $49.99. The standalone base game will be available digitally on the Nintendo eShop, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation®5 for $29.99. This title has been rated “E10+” by the ESRB.
