Schell Games is seeking an Advanced Game Producer to join our fun, vibrant, creative studio. Please note, this is not an entry level position.
Responsibilities will include:
(i) working with our studio's project directors and our external clients to develop project concepts, designs, goals, milestones, workflow strategies, and schedules for the development of video games and other interactive experiences;
(ii) utilizing Scrum and Agile software development lifecycle management programs and conducting weekly in-person team meetings to organize each cross-functional team member's responsibilities within and among different projects;
(iii) working with company management and other Game Producers on staffing issues for multiple projects;
(iv) maintaining project budgets;
(v) acting as the main interface with clients and external stakeholders;
(vi) managing the project task backlog;
(vii) providing creative input on game visuals, design, and production processes; and
(viii) managing internal, satellite, and external resource needs, including managing the development server and staging server builds.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) or more years of management experience in game, software, and location based experience development;
One (1) or more shipped title (or project);
Master’s degree (MS) in Entertainment Technology; and
One (1) year of experience in the field of software engineering, art, or game design.
