On Tuesday, I along with some of my classmates, started the official intern venture at Full Sail.  This first week has been less about settling into the roles that we are pursuing (Producers, in our case) and more taking sudden changes in stride.  Actually, that probably is on par with settling in at this level.

The first large change was that we were going to get a dedicated amount of artists from the group just heading into Final Project (total of 14 artists in that group, for one team).  We ended up walking away with eight of them for use in a nice asset heavy project for the National Flight Academy.  So with these artists, we've been having them do research and concept art for some of the assets that need to be implemented soon.  So far so good, all of them seem like motivated individuals and the effort speaks to that.

My personal efforts have been a little bit scattershot towards the middle of the week, when we found out a certain project was being pulled back into focus.  I was already focusing on getting to know a different project's aspects and familiarizing myself with its scripting process to help lay it to rest come the end of the month.  However, both it and this other project seem highly interesting.  Yesterday was just full of meetings, as I expect the role would require.  So full, in fact, that next week I'm going to take a little time off of my break to hit another meeting.

Overall, great times have been had and I look forward to more interning to cover over the following weeks.
