Newsbrief: Apple has announced that the maximum size of iOS app binaries has been raised -- from 2GB to 4GB. This is the first time the company has increased the size of iOS apps since the iOS store launched.

However, it's worth noting that the maximum download size over cell networks is still 100MB.
