The popular version control package is now on the Unity store with a new, free, open-source integration tool.
Newsbrief: Today, Perforce announced P4Connect, an open-source tool that embeds its popular P4D version control tool directly into Unity. It's free and now available from the Unity Asset Store. Users can implement P4Connect immediately, even without a Unity Pro license. P4Connect requires Unity 4.6 or higher.
P4D itself is available to small teams free-of-charge -- for up to 20 users, indefinitely. Unity and P4D users can also participate in the ongoing development of P4Connect via the company's Perforce Workshop.
