Nate Wells has left Naughty Dog, where he most recently served as lead artist on The Last Of Us, to serve as art director at Giant Sparrow in Santa Monica, CA. Wells confirmed the news with an update to his personal Twitter account over the weekend, though his LinkedIn profile has included the tagline "Currently between careers" for some time. Wells worked at Naughty Dog for nearly two years, joining up in 2012 to help ship The Last Of Us. Prior to that he worked at Irrational Games for twelve years, most recently as art director on Bioshock Infinite. Now he's at Giant Sparrow, which released The Unfinished Swan on PSN in October 2012 and is currently working on an as-yet unannounced title that is likely the second of the three games they have contractually agreed to produce for Sony.
