Newsbrief: Animation focused outsourcing house Imagination Studios announced that it has chosen to integrate Cubic Motion's facial animation tech into its existing lineup of animation services. Cubic Motion's technology allows studios to store large volumes of facial animation data in their games, and Imagination Studios says it will use this solution alongside its existing motion capture suite to provide clients with more detailed character animations. Over the past few years, Imagination Studios has worked on major titles such as Alan Wake, Battlefield 3, and Bulletstorm. For more information on this new partnership or the facial animation tech, visit the official websites for Imagination Studios and Cubic Motion, respectively.
