As a game developer who is constantly battling with competitors and trying to make some noise about my games, I would like to share what I came across which shined some light of hope in my career as I know most of the game developers are also exhausted with promoting their games through the regular channels such as Steam which is now flooded with games. Getting publicity through these website is an unreachable dream these days.

I came across this start up's Kickstarter project called AD POD Games . As opposed to all other regular game promotion channels, this company has come up with a drastic new idea to showcase and promote games in public places such as trade shows and malls on a huge touch interactive platform which looks pretty futuristic with modern design.

As soon as I spotted it, I pledged to have my games showcased at E3 which would be a dream otherwise. Most of you know even attending E3 would be impossible for those of us you are not working for a big game studio and trying to exhibit there is far from reach for independent game developers as it will cost minimum 100k to rent a booth there.

This company offers to promote games in top malls and E3 for an insignificant fee which is normally extremely expensive and you would need to have huge budget for this type of promotions.

However, it seems like this company needs to raise at least $100k to be able to launch their project. I am very curious and excited about it and wanted to share it with the rest of developers to invite them to see it. This is a great opportunity to promote our games in a way that would be normally impossible with no budget.
