Kimber Dall is a dynamic advocate for people-centric initiatives.  As SciPlay’s Vice President of People, she partners with the senior executive team to implement and achieve company objectives through human resources functions and strategic planning with an expert team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisitions Specialists who provide support to over 800 employees globally. Guided by SciPlay’s servant leadership philosophy, Kimber’s team emphasizes building strong relationships, fostering positive employee engagement, and nurturing a culture characterized by diversity, equity, inclusiveness, passion, and enjoyment.  Before joining SciPlay in 2015, Kimber served as an HR and Recruitment consultant for Digital Bring and worked in a variety of HR roles at Target Corporation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social science from Upper Iowa University.
