Arkham City nominated for UK Writers' Guild award

The UK Writers' Guild has announced the nominees for its 2012 awards, including those writers and games up the Best Videogame Script award.

Newsbrief: The UK Writers' Guild has announced the nominees for its 2012 awards, including those writers and games up the Best Videogame Script award. Rocksteady Studios' Batman: Arkham City is up for the award, with lead narrative designer Paul Crocker nominated -- Crocker was also nominated for his work on Arkham City by the Writers' Guild of America earlier this year. Piranha Bytes' Risen 2: Dark Waters is also nominated, with writers Gordon Rennie, Alan Barnes and Emma Beeby highlighted, while Zombies, Run!, written by Naomi Alderman, is the third and final nominee. The winner will be announced on November 14.
