Arma espionage suspects finally released on bail

Ivan Buchta and Martin Pezlar, the two Bohemia Interactive employees who were jailed in Greece over espionage suspicions, have finally been granted bail four months after they were first taken in. The pair claimed last September that they were collecting reference materials for an upcoming ArmA game near an army base on the Greek island of Lemnos. They were later denied bail. However, according to a website set up in aid of the pair, Buchta and Pezlar have now been released on bail for 5,000 euros each. Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras said that both can now return to the Czech Republic. It's notable that this isn't a definitive end to the case, as court dealings will continue -- however a time frame on the proceedings cannot yet be put in place, as there is still a strike among Greek judges ongoing.
