Dance Central creator Harmonix has revealed it has a new title in the works called Vidrhythm, although it is yet to provide details regarding what the game is about. The name was recently trademarked by the music game developer, and when questioned by news site Giantbomb, Harmonix communications director John Drake confirmed that the game is currently under development. However, Drake refused to give anymore details, simply stating that the game "will be awesome". Harmonix is currently also working on Dance Central 2, a follow-up to the original best-selling Kinect dancing game. Late last year, media giant Viacom sold the Cambridge, MA-based Rock Band developer to strategic investment firm Columbus Nova, with Harmonix noting that it was "excited to be returning to our roots as an independent and privately owned studio." It later came to light that Columbus Nova had paid just $49.99 for the company, although Viacom was able to also offload about $100 million in liabilities owed by Harmonix.
