BioWare has revealed that RPG sequel Dragon Age II has sold more than 1 million copies in less than two weeks. Listed on a special "BioWare Sequel Celebration" page, the developer confirmed that the sequel has sold faster than the original release Dragon Age: Origins. "As always, we sincerely appreciate your support and passion as we remain focused on delivering quality interactive experiences now and in the future" said BioWare. "Look for more exciting things coming from Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Star Wars: The Old Republic in the future, including our recent launch of Mass Effect 2 Arrival DLC." As a thank you, BioWare is offering a free copy of the PC edition of Mass Effect 2 to anyone who has already purchased Dragon Age II, or who buys the game before April 30. Instructions on how to receive your free copy can be found at the BioWare site. RPG shooter Mass Effect 2 recently won the Game of the Year award at the Interactive Achievement Awards.
