In a bid to give its developers more face time, BioWare published a blog post today introducing some of the people serving in lead roles on development of the company's next Mass Effect title. It's nice to see a studio promote the people who make its games, and notable that the Mass Effect team includes veteran industry talent like Halo 4 lead writer Chris Schlerf (pictured), who quietly left 343 Industries to join BioWare last November. The team also includes experienced developers like Ian Frazier (who once served as a lead designer on 38 Studios' ill-fated detailed the creation of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning) and Chris Wynn, who's worked everywhere from Epic to EA Sports to production software company Hansoft. The executive producer role is absent from BioWare's blog post, suggesting the company has not yet made up for the departure of Mass Effect executive producer Casey Hudson left the company in August.
