Today, Amazon expanded its web services platform with a mobile analytics tool game developers can use -- and to lure you in, is offering it free to start. Amazon Mobile Analytics offers developers analytics collection and visualization tools for mobile apps (including games) across both Android and iOS, with support for a variety of app stores. The analytics can be implemented through its Amazon Web Services mobile SDK or via a simple REST API directly, for a lighter-weight implementation. The best part? Amazon's analytics are free for up to 100 million events per month -- with a charge of $1/million events thereafter.
