Denis Dyack, formerly the founder of Silicon Knights and most recently Chief Creative Officer of Precursor Games, has revealed his next move: an all-encompassing entertainment company. Quantum Entanglement Entertainment is looking to create games, as well as TV shows and film, all under the same umbrella. Dyack is the CCO for QE2, and says that the plan is to combine all these different entertainment avenues to create original IP. Dyack has plenty of video game industry accolades under his belt, including being director on iconic titles like Eternal Darkness and Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. Most recently he attempted to raise funds to develop a successor to Eternal Darkness called Shadow fo the Eternals, but failed to raise enough cash via Kickstarter. Other QE2 founders include CEO Jonathan Soon-Shiong, formerly a senior executive at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and COO Paul Rapovski, a film and TV producer who proeviously co-founded Fast Motion Studios. Notably, the company says that it is working on Shadow of the Eternals as its main video game project, suggesting that Dyack and co. may have found the funding elsewhere.
