Newsbrief: Swedish studio Coldwood Interactive has signed a deal with Electronic Arts to publish its next game, which is yet unannounced.

It's a notable extension of an existing partnership, one that saw EA publishing Coldwood's puzzle platformer Unravel back in February across both PC and consoles after prominently featuring the game during the company's E3 2015 press conference.

While speaking to Gamasutra earlier this year, Coldwood creative director Martin Sahlin noted that one of the studio's main motivations in creating Unravel and its yarn-based protagonist was to "inspire empathy in our players."
