Newsbrief: EA has launched a charitable program that aims to raise awareness and generate contributions for the families of fallen soldiers from the Special Operations Community, through a Medal of Honor Warfighter partnership program. 'Project Honor' will see products from certain weapon and gear manufacturers featured in Warfighter, as the manufacturers donate to the Navy SEAL Foundation and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation through Project Honor. Warfighter merchandise will also be on sale, with 100 percent of sales proceeds going to the charities. Finally, a special edition of the upcoming game, known as the Military Edition, will be made exclusively available for active, reserve and former U.S. military.
