Newsbrief: The former general counsel for Oculus VR has founded a new law firm and angel investment company, with the aim to provide video game studios with agreement and negotiation assistance. Dan Offner today announced Offner & Associates, his new law firm, and Blue Heron Ventures, his new angle investment company, which he says will provide "fairly priced legal services, angel investment and entrepreneurial experience to startups, emerging growth, and mid-cap companies in the interactive entertainment and technology markets."
