Newsbrief: Japanese mobile developer and network operator Gree has announced partnerships with 11 developers across China and Korea, all of whom will release games on the upcoming Gree Platform after it launches in the second quarter of 2012. Gree said that these new partnerships will help the Japanese company expand its reach internationally, and will hopefully give other developers a chance to reach new audiences across Western and Asian markets. The company's list of new partners includes the Chinese studio Hoolai Game Limited (Rise Of Olympia), the Chinese company Haypi Co., Ltd (Haypi Kingdom), and the Hong-Kong based Boyaa Interactive (Boyaa Texas Poker). Gree added that each of the Gree Platform games developed under these new deals will debut only in English, though the company is considering Japanese, Chinese, and Korean translations.
