The winners of the 2012 Unity Awards have been announced, with Dead Trigger developer Madfinger claiming two awards, while other notable developers like Simogo and The Creative Assembly also picked up awards.

Newsbrief: The winners of the 2012 Unity Awards have been announced, with Dead Trigger developer Madfinger claiming two awards, while other notable developers like Simogo and The Creative Assembly also picked up awards. The judging panel for the awards consisted of members of the Unity Technologies team, and the judging took place over a series of weeks leading up to the ceremony. Dead Trigger took both the Community Choice and Best Technical Achievement awards, while Simogo's Beat Sneak Bandit won Best Gameplay. Student team Team Pixel Pi from the Vancouver Film School took the Best Student Game for Pulse.
