Newsbrief: The Marmalade cross-platform development tools now support the newly-unveiled Google Play game services for Android games. This means that developers using the Marmalade SDK can now easily add these new game services to their Android games for use by players. The Marmalade company says that it plans to also implement these services for iOS games built using Marmalade in the future. GRave Defense HD, a game from Art of Bytes which was built using the Marmalade tools, is already running the new game services as proof that the functionality is ready to go.
