Cross-platform development tool Marmalade is launching a new incentive for developers to bring more content to Windows Phone 8 devices. The promotion provides independent developers with a three-month Marmalade SDK license (or license extension, for existing users), a Windows Phone 8 handset for build testing and deploying, and free access to the Windows Phone Dev Center.
