Former Valve executive Jason Holtman has left Microsoft after spending just over six months working to make Windows a better platform for PC games and entertainment.

Before his brief stint at Microsoft, Holtman worked at Valve for nearly eight years, where he handled Steam content licensing and served as a key point of contact for developers.
