Newsbrief: Rovio has revealed the latest big name branding to receive the Angry Birds treatment, with Angry Birds Star Wars due for release next month. The game, releasing on November 8 for iOS, Android and Windows PC, takes Angry Birds Space and injects elements from the hugely popular Star Wars franchise into the bird-flinging game. Rovio told USA Today that Star Wars was a natural fit for the Angry Birds Space gameplay. Rovio has previously collaborated with Twentieth Century Fox before on Angry Birds Rio, while the series has seen partnerships with companies like Wonderful Pistachios and NASA.
