Newsbrief: South Korean MMO publisher NCsoft has signed a licensing deal with Unreal Engine studio Epic Games, that will see the company utilizing the Unreal Engine 3 in its next upcoming MMO. Blade & Soul, due to be released in the first half of this year, marks the start of a "long term" licensing deal between Epic and NCsoft, reports UK industry website Develop. NCsoft previously utilized the Unreal Engine during development of its popular Lineage II MMORPG back in 2003.
