Newsbrief: Monetization firm GamesAnalytics has launched a new monthly subscription service, aimed at providing publishers and developers with access to self-serve analytic tools for free-to-play games. Called Measure, the service combines granular event data collection, dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to help subscribers collect, measure and analyse the performance of their games. Player data can be used to diagnose problem areas in games, and point out where game design can be optimized to maximize user retention. More information can be found on the GameAnalytics website. This service goes hand-in-hand with the free-to-play assessment Benchmark program launched by the company last month.
