Newsbrief: It looks like Ubisoft, which recently announced plans to build a "next-generation theme park" in Kuala Lumpur, isn't the only game company looking to tap into that market, with Mass Effect creator BioWare revealing it's planning on building an attraction of its very own.

Scheduled to open in 2016 at California's Great America theme park, the ride will be a "dynamic 3D adventure set in the Mass Effect universe."

BioWare will be teaming up with Cedar Fair to create the ride, which will use a combination of 3D technology and 4D effects to bring its galaxy-spanning franchise to life.
