Newsbrief: Ngmoco's chief product officer Simon Jeffery has left the company to work as a consultant for other developers, particularly those in social and mobile markets, reports GamesIndustry.biz. Jeffery first joined Ngmoco in 2009, and helped the company develop its Plus+ publishing network. Prior to working at the mobile developer, Jeffery spent several years as president of Sega of America, and before that he served as president of LucasArts. As of this writing, Ngmoco has not revealed Jeffery's replacement. The company also lost a number of other staff members earlier this year as a result of some restructuring by parent company DeNA.
