Amidst the morning's video announcements from Nintendo, the publisher's UK division placed heavy emphasis on Wii U's upcoming offerings from independent developers, including Giana Sisters and Tengami.

Amidst the morning's video announcements from Nintendo, the publisher's UK division placed heavy emphasis on Wii U's upcoming offerings from independent developers. The sheer scale of the indies on display is worth mentioning here, with 18 titles on display geared toward European and Australian markets, including Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams and Tengami. A Nintendo of America rep had no additional announcements about U.S. releases for these games, though we do expect Stateside releases eventually.
